Since 1991, Dr. Nancy Boyll has directed an educational partnership between two unique organizations, New Summit School and The Mississippi Community Education Center. New Summit School provides accredited school services and diploma programs that meet the needs of a very diverse student body. With a home location of Jackson, Mississippi, NSS works hand in hand with MCEC, a 501(c) 3 non-profit, that provides services to children, parents and their communities.
Under Dr. Boyll’s leadership, New Summit has developed a national reputation with its school service programs through Job Corps sites and the U.S. Department of Labor. She has also established a state-wide community education initiative through the Mississippi Community Education Center with various programs aimed at after school programs, adult education, abstinence, Families First Resource Centers, parenting skills, and Fatherhood Initiatives. The partnership between New Summit School and the Mississippi Community Education Center continues to flourish. Dr. Boyll has dedicated over 30 years to communities and individuals through educational services.
Dr. Boyll earned her Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership at the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters degree of Education/English with emphasis in Learning Differences at Mississippi State University.
